Two for Tuesday - Test and Learn

Published 3 months ago • 1 min read

Hi Reader,

It's Tuesday again and almost the end of February. I trust that you are making progress on your most important work. When doing something new, you won't always know if it will work. This week's video (2:48) shows you how asking one question will help you test and learn.

Recommendations

This week's recommendations will help you focus on the "presence" part of being a non-anxious presence.

Are You Running at the Right Pace? by Matt Norman. As someone who tries to accomplish a lot, I needed to read this. Norman not only reminded me that presence matters, but he gave me six great suggestions to slow my pace.

Conversations That Pass in the Night from Admired Leadership. Speaking of presence, how often have you had a conversation where you didn't connect, or it spiraled quickly into conflict? This article gives you a way to distinguish three types of conversations so you can be a non-anxious presence.

Podcast

Episode 267 of The Non-Anxious Leader Podcast, Non-Anxious Leaders Don’t Complain (and 5 ways to stop), is now available.

That's it for this week. Thanks for reading.

Peace,

Jack
