Two for Tuesday - New Podcast Interviews

Published 2 months ago • 1 min read

Hi Reader,

I don't have a video or blog post to share with you this week. However, I do have several exciting things (at least I think they're exciting) to share with you.

First, I'll be launching an online course in a few weeks and will be giving first crack and a special price to Two for Tuesday subscribers.

Second, I was interviewed on the Whiny PALUZA Podcast (Episode 322) by host Rebecca Greene. We had a great time talking about how family systems can help people as partners and parents.

Finally, I was interviewed by Mischa Zvegintzov on his Table Rush Podcast (Episode 694) where we discussed non-anxious leadership.

Let me know what you think.

Recommendations

This week's recommendations cover two important family systems topics.

Too Much Or Not Enough by Kathleen Smith. How often do you focus on others to avoid taking responsibility for self? Smith shows how you can bring this back around so that you can better self-differentiate.

4 Responses to Complaints About Others - Leadership Freak. The other side of the coin is when you are triangled by someone else. Dan Rockwell offers four great approaches to remain a non-anxious presence.

Podcast

Episode 269 of The Non-Anxious Leader Podcast, 5 Ways to Stop People Pleasing, is now available.

That's it for this week. Thanks for reading.

Peace,

Jack

It's a blessing. Oliver gets up early. I'm usually awake when he gets up, but this means two things. First, I don't even try to complete my morning routine. If I can do my prayer time, yoga stretches, devotions and positive intelligence reps before he gets up, it's a win. That means I...
